Purchasing

Fence Material Takeoff & Purchase Order Software

After the sale, someone still has to order materials. FenceIQ keeps the takeoff quantities attached to the job so purchasing is not reinventing the list in a spreadsheet.

How it works

Takeoff → catalog → supplier list

The estimate produces a material list from your fence catalog. Mapped supplier items can become a purchase-order-ready list for the vendor you actually buy from.

Example PO-ready excerpt (illustrative)

Posts (line): 28
Posts (corner/end): 6
Gate posts: 4
Panels 6x8: 28
Gates 4-ft: 2
Concrete bags: 76
Hardware kit: 2
